Research
During the research, I focused myself on understanding the pain points of business owners. It turns out that they need a intuitive tool, they don’t have time to spend too much time on it. It should be customizable adapting to various experience levels. It should precisely predict peak times and trends to reduce wait times and provide detailed customer insights for better customer experience.
Design outcome
To enhance the overall experience, I made the
dashboard customisable, letting users show or hide
the data they want to focus on. To speed up access
and reduce the learning curve, I added an AI
companion to help users quickly find exactly what
they need.
